Our History

2017

Origin

PJ Goupil, CPA, CA, founded Fox Real Estate after a career in finance and consulting, bringing hospitality and marketing roots from the food & beverage world into real estate.

2018

Platform Foundation

Built the core operational infrastructure: leasing systems, marketing tech stack, and property management capabilities. Began consulting for institutional developers across Canada and the U.S.

2022

Platform Expansion

Launched a full-service advisory and leasing platform focused on underperforming assets. Repositioned properties across Canada and the U.S., building the Fox playbook for lease-up, rebranding, and tenant experience.

2023 - Present

Fox Today

Internalized operations (property management, leasing, design, investor relations). Acquired and repositioned over 1,000 units across North America. Expanded focus on sourcing off-market value-add deals, while managing principal properties in Montréal and Washington D.C.
