A chartered accountant by trade, PJ began his career as a consultant at KPMG before joining Gouverneur real estate group as corporate development manager. Since 2014, PJ has become known for successfully repositioning real estate assets by creating unique experiences for millennials. His journey has led him to leave his mark on notable Montreal real estate assets such as Faubourg St-Catherine (Kampai Garden) and the iconic Place Ville-Marie (Cathcart Food Hall). PJ combines strong financial expertise and unique artistic direction, which he applies to real estate repositioning projects and the development of strategic plans for Agence Fox clients.

After completing her LL.L. at University of Ottawa and LL.M. at University of Sherbrooke, Stephanie was admitted to the Chamber of Notaries in 2018. She began her legal career as a notary practicing primarily in the areas of real estate law, security law, and estate law. After 4 years of being a notary, Stephanie decided to challenge herself and transfer her technical skills to a new field, which lead her to become the Real Estate Operations Manager at Agence Fox. Her strong organizational and interpersonal skills married with her solution- oriented mentality make her an invaluable asset in leading our team to deliver the best possible service to clients.

After spending 10 years in Paris and graduating with an Economics degree from La Sorbonne, Eli decided to return to her hometown of Montreal to pursue her calling in sales - first in the automotive industry and then in real estate. Thomas is Fox’s Regional Property Manager in the Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia (DMV) area. Thomas comes with 20 years of property management experience in the region, with successful lease-ups, repositioning, and strategic overhaul of multifamily real estate assets in Class A,B and C.
Raised in an entrepreneurial family operating in the restaurant business, Thomas is extremely skilled at juggling the multitude of hats needed in order t get to stabilization quickly. As the liaison between the property, tenants, and on-site team, Thomas demonstrates strong communication skills and leadership to rally teams to ownership’s stabilized value objectives. Finally, Thomas is an extremely skilled leasing professional who imparts his wisdom to our leasing teams to maximize rental rates and get deals signed."

Oscar Rodriguez is part of FOX Real Estate since the first week. He steps into the role of Maintenance Lead with a hefty responsibility – overseeing the upkeep and repairs of not one, but two entire buildings. Oscar has the important mission of not  just reactivally act maintenance, but also take a proactive approach to upkeep, conduct regular inspections and prevent maintenance tasks to address potential issues before they become major problems with the safety of our residents. He's always one step ahead, anticipating the needs of the buildings and implementing solutions to keep them in tip-top shape.

Cesar is the go-to guy for handling all sorts of situations across our properties in Montreal.
