His journey has led him to leave his mark on notable Montreal real estate assets such as Faubourg St-Catherine (Kampai Garden) and the iconic Place Ville-Marie (Cathcart Food Hall). PJ combines strong financial expertise and unique artistic direction, which he applies to real estate repositioning projects and the development of strategic plans for Agence Fox clients.

Her role is integral to our philosophy of creating scalable systems that operate through our integrated tech stack. Oscar has the important mission of not just reactively act maintenance, but also take a proactive approach to upkeep, conduct regular inspections and prevent maintenance tasks to address potential issues before they become major problems with the safety of our residents.
